User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Profit CRM, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of DotsHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features may require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.
• Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DotsHub and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
